    Help Please KETO

    22 yrs old
    5'9
    190lbs
    13%bf

    Hey guys just finished my bulk and need to cut up for summer time. Started keto 2 days ago heres my diet for today; hows it look?

    1 turkey sausage
    1Tbs olive oil
    Cup of broccoli
    1oz cheddar
    2oz summer sausage
    468-4-144=616 cals

    Slice summer sausage
    135-0-36=171 cals

    1tbsOliveoil
    6oz Salmon
    1cup Broccoli
    126-0-0=126 cals

    1oz Cheese
    2oz Summer sausage
    216-4-64=286 cals

    3 large Chicken wings
    135-4-80=219 cals

    2oz Summer sausage
    1oz Cheese
    216-4-64=286 cals

    Cals 1704
    Fat-82g
    Carb-2g
    Pro-86

    Currently doing 3 day split mon-tues-wed and full body sat right before 18hr carb loading, 30 min cardio each day

    Any info would help this is my first keto cut and I want to make the most of it.

    That doesn't add up...and you should eat more than 86g protein per day...

    4cals per gram of protein
    I must have made a mistake but the diet did come out to 1704. With keto its 60%fat 40%pro I thought?

    40% of 1704 = 681 / 4cals per gram = 170g of protein.


    You have half that...
