    Not sure if my diet is perfect!!!!

    Hey, some of you may know that through my progress log in pictures forum and previous posts that im trying to cut some body fat but also while still gaining size in arms, chest etc you know the drill!!

    Now i worked out my BMR and i think its at 2141.2
    3-5 days in the gym a week would multiply that by 1.55 and leaves my tdee at 3318.2

    (iv got that right ya?)

    Stats
    Age 21
    Weight 182lbs = 13 stone
    BMR = 2141.2
    TDEE 3318.2
    Cycles = Not yet

    Breakfast
    4 or 5 egg whites, 1 yellow
    Whey protein shake something like 30grams of protein
    2 Flaz oil capsules

    Meal 2
    I would imagine the chicken breast or whatever meat is at around 6 oz
    Maybe some sweet potato or pasta or brown rice

    Workout here (Muscle assault pre workout drink)

    Meal 3
    Whey protein shake again around 30grams, its 24 grams per shake but i take 1 and a bit sometimes

    Meal 4
    Steak or whatever good protein meat
    Sweet potato or brown rice or pasta with some veggies

    Meal 5
    Peanut butter sandwich
    2 Flax oil capsules

    Meal 6
    Casein protein shake before bed

    Sorry i have no macros up but im studying for exams and am finding it hard get the time to do both macros and studying!!

    Keeping in mind my goals, just have a look at my stats and diet!! all input welcome

    Not a good meal at all. Drop it completely. Do a protein meal, keep the flax oils and add fiberous veggies cooked in olive oil

    Meal 6
    Casein protein shake before bed

    Add 1-2tbsp. Natty PB (see, you still get to have your PB!!!)

    Still want to see those macros when you get time bro, but until then I made some suggestions in bold above.

    Half cup of oats 150/5/27/9.5
    Totals = 375/55/28.2/12.1

    Meal 2
    4oz Chicken breast 120/24/0/1.5
    4oz Sweet Potato 90/2/20/0
    Total = 210/26/20/1.5

    Whey protein shake again around 120/30/0/0
    Total = 120/30/0/0

    Meal 4
    4-6oz Steak 1/0/0/0 (couldt find the macros hopefully you may know)

    Meal 5
    4oz chicken breast 120/24/0/1.5
    2 Flax oil capsules 20/0/0/2
    Total = 140/24/0/3.5

    Meal 6
    Casein protein shake 260/48/14/2
    2 tbs peanut butter 200/7/6/17
    2 Flax oil capsules 20/0/0/2
    Total = 480/55/20/21

    Now im not sure on the macro of the steak so havent added in them macros!!

    Just wondering if you could have a look through it gbrice, appreciate the help
