    my post cardio meal.

    Im trying to bulk right now but I'm gaining too quickly so my BF has gone up a lil. Therefore, I'm starting to do some cardio to get it back down. What do you guys eat after cardio??????? Ill be doing it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with bcaas.

    I assume you do your cardio and workout at separate times of day? If you're doing ONLY cardio in the morning, I wouldn't eat anything right after - just drink alot of water. I would wait at least an hour before having a meal.

    If you're doing proper cardio and burning bodyfat as a result, that effect doesn't stop the second you jump off the treadmill, or whatever it is you're doing for cardio. Your body will continue to be in that mode for a while, and eating directly after cardio would really just be fueling yourself when you want to continue burning bodyfat.
