Cutting diet while on 500mg/Week of Test E

So far, here's my diet for cutting...

Meal 1: 50g Whey Protein and 1/2 cup of oats.

Meal 2: 4 oz of Tilapia or 4 oz of Chicken Breast and a cup of green beans

Meal 3: Cup of fat free yogurt with 12g Whey protein mixed

Meal 4: 4 Hard Boiled eggs

Meal 5: 4 oz of Tilapia or 4 oz of Chicken Breast

Would this be okay for while I'm on Test E?

I'm 5'8 166lb at around 16% bf. Im using this cycle as a cutting cycle. So I know the calories will be low. But I do actually think I can afford more carbs and calories when Im on cycle.

are you trying to just cut fat? or are you looking to put on some size as well?

Have you figured out your BMR? TDEE?

I'd eat way more protein, and a few more carbs, and toss in am cardio and cardio after your workouts. you don't really need drugs to cut fat in this situ...

Get those numbers figured out and we'll go from there

Yes, my BMR, according to a BMR calculator is 1827.78 and my TDEE is 3153. I'll probably be doing cardio six times a week, I just want to preserve muscle and even gain a little muscle while cutting, thats why Im using Test E.

I'd prob get in the 2700-3000 cal range, do the am cardio and PWO cardio...and see where that gets you after a month or so and adjust accordingly...you want to figure it out before you start your cycle, not while on it...

If you don't see the fat coming off, shave off a couple hundred more calories, from carbs and fats, keep the protein up. You won't lose muscle if you are eating enough protein, lifting right, and don't have too big of a deficit in calories. Remember, you want to trick your body into thinking its not losing that fat by doing it slowly. If you start losing weight too quickly or notice big differences in strength and muscle mass, up cals a bit.

The guys here are much better at getting your diet dialed in exactly. I recommend this BEFORE you start your cycle, you will get much more out of it...

Well I've been doing this diet for a while now, and it's been working really well for fat loss, I just want to speed up the process a little while gaining some muscle, that's why I ordered my cycle.

Diet stays the same either way, drugs or no drugs. So to answer your original question, it seems like you are way low on calories on the diet you listed. So, No?

These are estimates (for future advice list out diet with macros)

But this is less than 1000 calories...of course you are going to lose weight.

As I said before, if your TDEE is around 3100 cals, I'd start around 2700-3000 cals, and adjust accordingly. So basically triple what you are eating in this diet. Only protein shakes I'd be eating are whey in the morning before AM cardio, whey between WO and PWO cardio (optional), and a casein shake before bed...real food at all other times. a 40%40%20% split of protein carbs fat would be a good place to start.

If I were you I'd build a diet based on this information, list it out in a new thread, WITH MACROS, and asked the guys who do this for a living to tweak it.

So you think my carbs should be as high as my protein intake?

I think it'd be a good starting point. If you already know that you are more sensitive to carbs, and don't need as much, then eat less. But there is no way you'll grow on your current diet.

Again, If I were you, I'd follow the advice in my last post...get your info and diet in a new thread and let the guys here help you tweak it.
