low carb diet
Question for the diet experts...
I have been on a low carb diet(bout 140 a day)..running 500 cal below TDEE
I have been losing about 1-1.5 lb a week..
If i raise the calories to 500 over maintenance TDEE, could i build muscle while on a low carb diet?
