Fish oil caps
Good supplement to take due to all the benefits. Just wondering what the minimum dosage would be to take of these per day. How many mg's per day for a good starting point? I would rather get some ideas rather than follow instructions on the bottle.

lotsof people will tell you 20-30 grahms a day. It gets rather annoying when having to take capsules.

Yeah, i hear that. I have been consuming around 15 grams a day on average through capsules. Capsules are really the only way I get my omega's right now. I dont consume a whole lot of fish due to cost issues. Canned tuna is about it but I try not to overdue it due to mercury.

it all depends on your fat intake really.
if you need 30 to 40g fats, then maybe you break down to half in fish oil and the rest from another source for variety.
but personally I have most of my fats from fish oil if not all ..

I would also recommend Omega 3-6-9 caps vs straight fish oil.

I take 3000mg a day. Spread out throughout the day. Along with the rest of my supplements.
And I do also eat fish. Just not salmon, blehh
