    Advice needed...

    Hey guys.. I have been personal training for awhile.. and here on forum off and On many years now...
    I came across a client that had previously power lifted and has massive legs and calves.. for the most part she is pretty muscular still and hasn’t trained heavy for a couple years now..
    I haven’t trained someone that wanted to lose muscle... and on her own hasn’t been able to do so..
    In you opinion... how would I best train her to cut down muscle size and sculpt her body to a smaller leaner version...
    Has anyone worked with a client such as I have described with positive results...

    she is 5'5" and weighs 205 lbs..

    goals 165lbs... at least ..she thinks..

    My idea .. is to super set everything... low weights... lots of aerobic activity..
    diet: 5 meals : low fat.. same protein and carb calories set at BMR...%'s 45 45 15 ?
    Sound right?

    Aside from the workout routine, have her eat below maintenance and eventually she's bound to lose some bulk...
