ok in the last 5 months I've come down from 205lbs to 186 with 2 workouts a days 5-6 days a week. Earlier this spring i ran a cycle of test cyp with T3 and clen for 10 weeks. Recently I've been trying to manipulate my diet the best i can to burn fat and of course maintain as much muscle as i can. I eat 8 times day, decently clean.

I would like to try playing with the carbs to speed up metabolism, burn fat, . . .For those of you that have successfully rotated carbs before, I've been thinking of something where i eat these macros 3-4 days, followed by a day of increase in carbs, how many carbs would i go up to? 200-300g? Also, what do you guys think of the macro's are they pretty much inline for burning fat and maintaining the muscle? Any input on this diet, let me have it
