Finding time to eat and healthy?

I have to work right now from about 7am to about 7 pm being as im starting a new career which is not really important. Anyway whats a good way to be able to eat high protein while still getting 4500-6000 calories and not be at home. Im trying to bulk up and working out really well but finding easy food while in a city is not easy . I need a couple years to build up a base before i even think about taking steroids ... ANY thoughtS? Thanks

    I work 6-6, same difference.
Make it a life style, not a fad. Just eat healthy, prepare your meals if possible but there are always healthy choices no matter where you are.

I use to find on vacations, Cruises, Mexico, Thailand, Philippines I always ate a LOT more healthy at home until I made it my lifestyle not it's just a matter of picking the good foods at the store instead of the bad and not going to BK or McD's. Easy enough.

It means he moved your thread to another forum which was more condusive to the question you asked.

In regards to your question, you just need to do what nearly every other member on this board does who is serious about diet. Cook all your food the night before, put it in tupperware and take it with you the day. Eat when scheduled.

    Cook all foods on weekend
    Freeze in tupperware
Place in fridge day before to begin thawing
    Bring with where ever
Heat in microwave (keep something microwave safe for cooking them around you.. paper plates one example)
