I have to work right now from about 7am to about 7 pm being as im starting a new career which is not really important. Anyway whats a good way to be able to eat high protein while still getting 4500-6000 calories and not be at home. Im trying to bulk up and working out really well but finding easy food while in a city is not easy . I need a couple years to build up a base before i even think about taking steroids... ANY thoughtS? Thanks
