I'm under 10% body fat, and ready to start getting big and strong!
I'm going to 200 carbs first, then working my way up to 500 carbs a day.
Opions on this? is it too many carbs? will i be able to maintain my muscle hardness?
If i go with less how much will it hinder my growth? I'm not scared of cardo i run 3-4 times a week.
