    Kfc

    just curious im on a bulk and struggle to cook my own meals as i work long hours.

    if i smashed a few kfc burgers would i gain unneccesary fat even tho im eating 500cals above maintanance and these are the macros for the burger

    26P/52C/13F

    seems like decent macros for a bulk? does it really matter where the calories come from

    whoops sorry its 42grams of carbs and 7 of those are sugar 3 grams of fat is saturated

    I dunno man it takes like an hour to prep a solid meal and plus you can make left overs for tomorrow. I work some pretty harsh hours but i manage.

    But yeah those are good macros for a bulk idk about the unnecessary fat though.

    I'd stay away from fast food all together, it has no place in a diet regardless of cutting or bulking IMO.

    Personally i would stay well clear, i mean if you are bulking i suppose every 2 or 3 weeks itd be ok but not every week or anything like that!! just make tons of food and keep it in the fridge
