carbs and fat question
i am 6ft 192lbs about 13 or 14 percent bf how many grams of carbs and fat should i take in daily i workout out 5 or 6 days a week cardio for 25 minutes every morning before workout want too lose rest of fat around waist and still build muscle just not sure im taking in enough carbs or fat daily

so if my bmr is 3000 calories a day its saying too maintain my weight and i want too cut then i need too take in like 2400 calories
40/40/20 sounds correct i think
so 240 g of protein

40/40/20 is a good place to start, so you'd be at 240g protein, 240g carbs, and 53g fat for a 2400 calorie diet.

yes that is correct but i think since im cutting i am goin 2 do 45/35/20 do u think there will b any problem doin that ?
