ice cream, fruit, white bread, white rice, anything thats processed with alot of sugar in it basically.
I would say fruit is a better choice, or Mikexxl posted .....caramel flavored rice cakes. I've tried these and will admit that they are good.
Why are you interested in foods post workout instead of a shake?
Your still going to need protein in the form of whey for fast absorbtion.
If you have some reason you don't want dextrose or malto, add 2Tblspn of honey or even mix some gatorade with your protein.
If you really want some fruit though, eat a bannana or some pineapple
