I have always been gaining awesome size during my cycle and loosing it all up. Right now someone suggested that my food is shit! So here I am for your help.
The food i have been eating till now is:
6.00 am Oats + Whey Isolate
9.00am brown rice + Whey Isolate
11.00 am Whey Isolate
1.00 pm Chicken/Fish/egg, Salad, fruits
4.00pm Whey Isolate
6.00pm Fruit + Whey Isolate
7.00 WORKOUT
9.00 Whey Isolate (post workout)
10.30 Chicken/egg/fish + salad
AND I PLAN TO CHANGE IT TO:
6.00 am Oats + Whey Isolate
9.00am Egg whites + whole Brown Bread + banana
11.00 am Muscle Milk Meal Replacement
1.00 pm Chicken Breast/Fish + Brown rice + veggies
4.00pm Whey Isolate + fruit
6.00pm Muscle Milk Meal Replacement
7.00 WORKOUT
9.00 Whey Isolate (post workout)
10.30 Chicken/egg/fish + salad + veggies
I live in a country where getting Turkey/beef is very very difficult.
Please advice!
