I know most people say to take Post workout nutrition within 15 min of finishing a workout and I usually do but Im about to start doing cardio probably 20-30 min after my weight workout every day. Question is it better to take in the shake and then run ooooor wait until the entire workout is over (after the run) to take the shake.
I'd rather do option B b/c sometimes a shake doesnt sit well and Its hard to run right after chugging a shake. But Im willing to do what ever is best.
