Ok was thinking about this and im confused and unsure though. Does the protein shakes, creatine, bcaa's, and preworkout drinks (all added with water) does all this count towards you daily water intake?? Always mix everything i drink with water so, but not sure i nneed to drink these on top of my gallon and a half a day?? Plus just started getting Crystal light green tea. No sugars, 10 cals. But with the crystal light too says add 2 quarts per packet, but i have been always adding 4 quarts anyways. Still gets the flavor but more water now. Any help with this will be appriciated
