Water......
Since I joined I learned alot about diet & cutting.Started my cutting in April & so far lost 12 pounds.The question I have is about water.Everyone agrees I think.....try to drink at least a gallon a day. But just wondering by drinking this much I am in the bathroom almost every half hr pissing.What is the benfit of drinking all this water & pissing all of it out during the day??????
