After about 6 months of research, and a few posts, I have clearly been told not to mess with any aas until my diet is perfect. As of now, my diet does not exist. I am 6'2 and about 160 pounds.....very skinny. I really want to put on weight and i beleive with a proper diet it is possible. I have been really concentraiting on protein and have been consuming between 150-200 grams a day for about almost a little over a month along with training every day. I have gained 5 pounds since i started which i am happy with. But i still want that extra weight faster and was wondering if anyone can give me a very detailed begginers diet to follow. I prefer nothing to major because i do not think i will be able to follow through with it if it's too much. But please, if you have experience in this field, I need your help! Ready to gain some weight!!!!!
