    Begginer Needs Diet Help!!! Please

    After about 6 months of research, and a few posts, I have clearly been told not to mess with any aas until my diet is perfect. As of now, my diet does not exist. I am 6'2 and about 160 pounds.....very skinny. I really want to put on weight and i beleive with a proper diet it is possible. I have been really concentraiting on protein and have been consuming between 150-200 grams a day for about almost a little over a month along with training every day. I have gained 5 pounds since i started which i am happy with. But i still want that extra weight faster and was wondering if anyone can give me a very detailed begginers diet to follow. I prefer nothing to major because i do not think i will be able to follow through with it if it's too much. But please, if you have experience in this field, I need your help! Ready to gain some weight!!!!!

    Nobody is going to do the work for you. My suggestion to you is to look at the hundreds of diets others have posted, pay attention to the critiques/changes made by experienced members, and formulate your own diet based on that info.

    If you want to play it safe, try and come up with a diet that's roughly 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fat) percentage wise. Post it up here and we can help you with it from there.
