ok... i am 5'10'' 235lbs muscular but with absolutely no abdominal definition and overweight legs...
i think i would look good close to 200lbs
i would like to do this by summer here... 4 months...
i have been following a low carb diet for a while with hydroxycut and have seen results but have hit somewhat of a stick point...
i would love to keep all the muscle i have right now and maybe even gain some while losing around 30 pounds for the summer...
is this possible??? if so any suggestions on how???
(contemplating no carb diet)... any way to do this without losing muscle???
