I am on a get shredded for spring break plan. Can you please crit my diet people. Any help I would appreciate. I am 6'2, about 208. I wanna get down to 195. This has been my diet for about 4 weeks now. I am going to add some hydroxycut into the mix starting next week. I have been doing 3 days of cardio for about 25 minutes. I am upping it to about 27 mins for 4 days soon. Should I be eating more? Less?
