New to this forum. Just a quick question.
Currently i am 5'10 and weigh about 190 at 10 percent bf. Would i Be able to safely bulk up using 6 star muscle mass gainer 3 times a day in addition to eating breakfast (8 eggwhites/oatmeal/fruit), lunch (8 oz chicken breast 1.5 cups brown rice, veggis) and dinner (same as lunch). Each serving of the mass gainer has about 8 or 900 calories depending on the type of milk i use. Each serving also has about 145 carbs and 45 grams of protein, its very low in sugar as well.
