last min. diet
Im 35 yrs old
150 lbs.
5' 6"
maybe 10% bf
I fight MMA and im looking to compete at the 135lb. weight class. so i would like to walk around at 143-145 lbs. but now when im eating normal im usually about 10 lbs. over that.
the last week i have been on this Cleanse/ Diet, in order to make weight on Thurs night.
this is what im eating
7:00 am about a 300 calorie meal ( Acai bowl with bannana and blueberries and granola)
10:30 am 1/2 a protein shake 120 calories 12g protein
2:00 pm about a 300 calorie meal ( Salad with chix or egg on it)
4:30 pm 1/2 protein shake 120 calories 12g protein
7:30 pm protein shake 240 calories 23g protein
now the problem is that when i eat this little i dont shit so i dont really loose any weight.. i went form 153 to 149 in 4 days but the first two days of the diet was a fast.. no food just a liquid vitimans and minirals drink 4oz 4 times a day..
now last night i cheated and had a bowl of flax rasin cereal and a cup of chile was hoping it would help me to shit..and it did this morning but i am back up to 151 lbs.. now i have to weigh in at 141 on Thrus night but i can cut water form 147 ....
so my question is.. how to loose 4 lbs in a couple of days... should i stick to this low calorie diet and just not shit.. or eat like i usually do and hope to shit out the extra lbs.
