How much calories am I getting?
How do I work it out? I read a post recently about the values, something like how 1 gram fat = ? calories, etc...
Say for example this is what I get:
Protein - 250 grams = ? calories
Carbs - 200-250 grams = ? calories
Fat - 100-150 grams = ? calories
How would I work that out? Can someone let me know how much cals i'm getting each day?!? That's a ruff estimate of what I'm eating (i think).

Protein= 250*4=1000calories
Carbs=200*4=800calories
Fat=100*9=900calories
