is cardio the best way too lose weight??
i am lookin to loose some excess fat from my stomach i train 4 times a week but dont do much cardio and dont really train my abbs and if im been quite honest i havent got the best diet either but im willing to change all this really just looking for opinions and personal experiances and what are the best methods of loosin it i.e cardio dieting etc i would be really gratefull for any help?thanks

Cardio is just a piece of the puzzle, but an important one nonetheless. Cardio, diet, training and rest are all key. If you are JUST looking to lose fat vs. adding muscle, diet and cardio alone are ok, but light work with weights will also do a great deal for your physique.

thanks for the reply i think cardio and diet it is then can you tell me if there is any specific foods i should be eating while dieting or is just best to stay away from all fatty foods and eat lots of protein i.e steak chicken pasta etc?

you must get your diet in check, cardio 30mins 3-4 times a week.
