i am lookin to loose some excess fat from my stomach i train 4 times a week but dont do much cardio and dont really train my abbs and if im been quite honest i havent got the best diet either but im willing to change all this really just looking for opinions and personal experiances and what are the best methods of loosin it i.e cardio dieting etc i would be really gratefull for any help?thanks
