hi i really need help setting up a diet up but dont no were to start or what and what not to eat? i am looking for the quickest way possible of burning excess stomach fat i hit the gym 4 times a week and have been doing for about 5 years i rugby train twice a week and play on a saturday i also play football twice a week so the cardio side of the diet will be ok any help would be much appreciated?
