This is what I normally eat during the course of a day
Breakfast - 4-5 hardboiled eggs, cereal, protein shake
Brunch - Two tuna cans
Lunch - Chicken/fish/steak,
brown rice, choice of vegetable
Gym
Post Workout - Protein Shake/
dextrose
Dinner - Chicken/fish/steak,
brown rice, choice of vegetable
Late night snack - Whatever looks good in the fridge

and a
casein protein shake
I avoid fatty foods and carbonated beverages.
