tuna recipes?

anyone know any good tuna recipes? i have yet to ever eat it b/c of the smell but its perfect for my tight budget and i need the protein. -thanks.

1 can tuna
1 egg white
1/2 cup oats (I'm not sure on the amount...either 1/2 or 1/4) something like that

any way...mix it all together, form 2 patties, fry it up slap on a slice of fat free cheese and viola!!! Like I said..do a search, lots of recipes on this already!
