    Vegetarian day

    Hey guys. I'm cutting down and my current diet is goin great for me
    part of my religion is that I can't eat meat on Mondays. This includes chicken, fish, eggs etc. All I can eat is vegies and dairy. I've been using mondays as my cheat day for this reason. All I do is throw in a few more shakes. Is there any foods I can add that is both high in protein but non meat??

    Seitan (wheat gluten), powedered wheat gluten (add to foods like pancakse. Makes them chewy), soy (tofu, soy meats, edemame), tempe (femented soy sticks), beans, greek yogurt, high protien cereals such as kashi power crunch
