90 raw eggs a week??
will i be ok having 90 raw eggs a week part of a cutting diet (13 a day) 2 whole eggs on a morning plus 6 egg whites follwed by 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites before bed? is salmenella a factor/ is there anybody else that east this amount or more and have hey ever fell ill?

I personally wouldnt be able for that amount of eggs, morning time is the only time i want to see eggs, after that im sick of them!!! i take it your trying to get some good protein in before bed??
You should try and get yourself some casein protein, its slow reacting protein and not as much hassle as doing up the eggs!!

dont eat eggs raw, ive seen plenty of studies that show the Bio availability of the protein decreases because they contain trypsin inhibitors.

I have done more than that for an extended period of time but never raw.

The trypsin inhibitor in eggs is called Ovomucin
You may also be able to find something on Ovomucoid

you can always try lean peace of red meat, or salmon.
I have had more than 90 eggs a week, just like fireguy for a way longer period of time too, but never raw..

My mum used to give me raw eggs whisked with milk for a snack when I was a boy, never had any bad experience taking them.
May have been luck that there was no salmonela, but they are quite easy to swallow

this is how my diet looks if anyones got any advice on things to change to make it beter on something to to have instead of all these eggs or another way of having them fire away thanks?
meal 1
2 whole eggs
6-8 egg whites
12 a cup of oats
meal 2
pwo shake
2 table spoons of natuaral peanut butter(no sugar)
meal 3
4oz chicken breast
half a cup of cashew nuts/almonds
meal 4
pwo shake
2 spoons of peanut butter
meal 5
salmon/swordfish/beef steak
green salad(no tomatoes carrots red peppers etc)
table spoon of olive oil and vinagar
meal 6
casein protein
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
how does this sound guys?

I do 6 eggs raw in the morning with OJ right after workout.PWO.. with my creatine as well... never been sick... but i go through eggs pretty fast... if you ever crack one open and it doesnt look like the rest... dump and start again.. not worth the money to see if that one was bad..

I do 12 raw eggs whites a day as part of a cutting diet. 6 in the morning and 6 before bed. No problems yet. I do it coz I can't bother takin that extra time to cook it. Pure laziness on my part

I am not sure where I heard this, it may have come from a friend of mine that owns a restaurant, salmonella is found more times on the outside of an egg shell than the actual contents of the egg.
If true, then cleaning the eggs would help prevent illness.
My own question, it seems that lettuce has been in the news the last few years containing salmonella and others things , where does that come from? It wouldnt be the restroom habits of the workers in the fields eek .....would it.

salmonella sucks ass! i've hit 1 bad egg in the last 4 years at 6 eggs a day.. felt like i was gonna die! i still eat 6 eggs a day though!
