I posted a thread the other day in the members pictures forum and we've come to a consensus that I'm about 25-30% BF...My next stop is here to get some thoughts from you diet gurus!
I'm currently doing 1 hour of cardio 6-7 days a week and I'm also lifting 3-4 days a week.
Stats: 27 years old
185 lbs
5 foot 6 inches
How does my current diet plan look???
Meal 1: Egg Whites (6) 100 cals, 2 carbs, 21 pro, 0 fat
Oatmeal (1/4 cup) 80 cals, 14 carbs, 4 pro, 2 fat
Meal 2: Chicken Breast (6 oz.) 186 cals, 0 carbs, 36 pro, 0 fat
Brown Rice (1/4 cup) 54 cals, 12 carbs, 1 pro, 1 fat
Meal 3: 90% Ground Beef (3 oz.) 162 cals, 0 carbs, 24 pro, 6 fat
Wheat Pasta (1/4 cup) 27 cals, 6 carbs, 1 pro, 0 fat
Sugar Free Marinara (1/4 cup) 35 cals, 6.5 carbs, 1 pro, 1 fat
Meal 4: Chicken Breast (6 oz.) 186 cals, 0 carbs, 24 pro, 6 fat
Brown Rice (1/4 cup) 54 cals, 12 carbs, 1 pro, 1 fat
Meal 5: (POST WORKOUT, weight training days)
Whey shake; 260 cals, 8 carbs, 48 pro, 3 fat
Meal 6: (Before Bed) Cassein shake; 240 cals, 6 carbs, 48 pro, 2 fat
Totals: 1384 cals, 65.5 carbs, 220.5 pro, 14.7 fat
Any feedback would be great! Trying to lose this 15-20% BF as quickly as possible while sparing LBM as much as possible...
