I just read that its very imortant to change up your diet, like changing exercises in a way. How often should on change up the foods that give him the dietary nutrients he needs?
Your diet should be constructed so that you're always getting the dietary nutrients you need. Changing up the diet is much more about mental sanity IMO, i.e. not getting so sick of eating the same thing that you're ready to give up, whereas with bodybuilding it's to keep the body from adapting.
