Hey just need a bit of help with my diet. Im 30 6ft1" and 75 kilos.

A standard day i would eat

Breakfast 8:00am: A bowl of porridge and 3 pieces of fruit
Snack at about 10:00: A fruit salad and a tin of tuna
Lunch at 13:00: A long roll with 3 chiken breasts and 3 eggs ang mayonaise
Dinner at 19:00: 3 potatoes and 3 other veg portions and 3 chiken breasts
After dinner 20:00: 1 Calshake
I would snack on nuts most days.

Im sure im doing things wrong here but am not sure where and would like a bit of help to streghten up my diet.
