I keep reading the benefits of milk after a workout (protein and carbs), as I usually drink 3 cups of raw milk after each workout. Is this more effective as I am consuming real food that is untainted?

By raw milk you mean it has not been commercially pasteurized?
If so, IMO it is very high quality food.
