Any protein source will do. If you can stomach chicken or another lean meat in the morning, go for it!

Why do you have a PWO shake listed twice? At a glance, it doesn't look like you're eating enough.

As long as you're getting a whole food protein source, it's fine. Generally you would want to get a variety of protein sources for their differing amino profiles and absorption/assimilation rate, but chicken is better than nothing.

Oats - I guess you can add whatever you want. For me, splenda and cinnamon is perfect. I do add a bit of fat free half and half to make the creamier.

Yes, you're diet looks a bit 'light', even for cutting. Would need to know your TDEE and macro breakdown for all these meals to be sure though.

I mix 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites with half cup oatmeal and make it like an omlet and eat it with blueberries, takes away from the boring taste of eggs all the time.
Sometimes I put baby spinach and a little bit of cottage cheese in it as well.

^^ I need to try this! Hard to imagine the texture of eggs and dry oats together, but who knows. Love eggs and spinach, so no problem there.
