Hey guys I recently couple weeks ago stopped my first cycle because i need really work on my diet and get that in check before i ever do AAS again. I rushed into things and well amature mistake and know I should have had my diet grade A on before hand. I weigh 160 lbs 5'9'' 21 yrso, I want to weigh about 185lbs cut, is my end goal. I would appericate some knowledge on an awesome diet so that i can bulk up but good weight. Any comment or suggestions I appericate. Thanks fellas
