What's up all? Just a quick question....
I have just started back on creatine. For lack of a better means of taking my 5 grams after my workout, I threw it down with a Coke and a bannana followed by a protein shake. I know grape juice or dextrose is usually the way to go, but I didn't have any at the moment. IMO, (and as a hardgainer) simple sugar is simple sugar. Would I have been better off putting it in my shake, and just eating the bannana? Thanks...
