I eat chicken at home every nite and can't eat it cold because it's dry, so I'm wanting something that will be good enough to get my daily recommendations
maybe micellar casein+whey, whey is fast but slows the amino acid uptake by casein in the stomach. casein form a gel like substance during digestion. it gives u slow release of nutrients
