Cut/bulk
Hey guys,
I've been working on both a cutting diet and a bulking diet just in prep for a cycle. Just wondering if I kept with a cutting diet but upped the amount of food /cals. would this help me get bigger but keep lean? A different look at mixing bulking and cutting at the same time instead of mixing and matching all these different compounds? I'm not looking to be a body builder I just wanna be a bit bigger +10 - 15lbs and look a little harder.

yea I guess that would be the same as a slow bulk... up calories and mantain until you cant gain weight for 3 weeks then up calories again...

Much better to add weight slowly than be constantly bulking up and cutting back IMO, especially if you're training naturally. Even if you're only gaining a steady pound a month of lean mass, after 5 years you're gonna look incredible!
