is this diet good enought.
i want to keep the b,f as low as possible and try to just buil lean muslce.
generaly diet goes
meal 1 - 4 0r 5 eggs half tin baked beans slice brown bread
meal 2 - tuna sandwich (brown bread with no mayo) with apple
meal 3 - chicken breast with handfull brown pasta
meal 4 - whey protean shake with banana
meal 5 - turkey leg with brocoli and potatoes
meal 6 - whey protean shake
i think this seems a good diet but some people think different
what do you guys think ?
