Ok, I'll try to give all the info that's needed! I am currently 5'11 and ~185 lbs, at the end of a bulk. I would estimate my body fat as 15-17% (a little more fat than in my avi, was worth the muscle boost tho!). My basal metabolic rate is just below 2000. With my workouts, I estimate my total calories burnt per day to be in the 3,000 range.
I cut last year and lost a good 15 lbs, but at the expense of muscle. I will be cycling clen to help avoid this! I have been on a bulking diet for so long that I can't grasp a cutting diet! Any help would be appreciated, thanx!!![]()
