6:30am 6 eggwhites 1 cup oats w/ tbsp Udo's Oil
7:15 Run for 45 mins
8:30 PWS 2scoops Wheii--------PWS????
10:00 am Snack of 6oz. protein and ---Fats from Nuts
12:00-12:30 protein of 50 grams
3:30 6oz chicken and greens
6:30 50 grams protein 40 grams Carbs and Greens
7:30 workout weights for 1hour followed by cardio for 30 mins
After workout at night another PWS 2 scoops Wheii?
10:30 Slow protein and more greens possibly
Rinse and repeat
