    Starting up the keto diet....help needed

    Hey guys cutting now and am starting my keto diet up, and i read the great article by top on here saying it has to be ZERO carb not low carb. I was wondering should i get zero carb whey protein? Because i have optimum whey isolate and it has 3g carbs every serving and that adds up on a keto thats supposed to be zero and people say cheese is great too for the diet but it too has carbs. Im a bit confused. Also eggs have 1g so im wondering if itll efffect the diet enough. thanks

    I think you can get a keto diet to work with "minimal" carbs just fine. Its just a matter of finding that spot. Whether it's 10, 20, or 40 carbs/day, you just have to find out for yourself.

    Eggs should be fine on keto.

    Okay thanks man. I haven't lost much weight but TONS of bodyfat so im glad no muscle has been lost. And i feel so much better w/o the carbs and energized. And yeah im still loosing fat like crazy with a decent amount of carbs so im sure 12 carbs a day for my protein shakes wont hurt till i can get some zero carb protein shakes. Thanks man!
