Hey guys cutting now and am starting my keto diet up, and i read the great article by top on here saying it has to be ZERO carb not low carb. I was wondering should i get zero carb whey protein? Because i have optimum whey isolate and it has 3g carbs every serving and that adds up on a keto thats supposed to be zero and people say cheese is great too for the diet but it too has carbs. Im a bit confused. Also eggs have 1g so im wondering if itll efffect the diet enough. thanks
