    Late night workout Question

So I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week and will workout late at night after some of these shifts. I am currently on a clean bulk. I like to eat my big post workout meal cause I'm trying to pack on a few lbs. I usually get off of work at 7... go home and eat my pre-wo meal... go to work out... have my PWO meal... then I am stuck on where to go from here. I usually finish at the gym no later than 930 and have my PWO in me no later than 10. What should my last meal be before bed? Currently it is cup cottage cheese and 2 tbls natty pb. Then I usually let it sit for an hour before hitting the sack. Thoughts?

Is it whole milk cottage cheese? That's fine before bed, or you can do a casein shake and the PB, OR a lean steak (drop the PB). However, have this meal right before hitting the sack, not an hour before.

It's skim cottage cheese... why should I switch to whole milk cottage cheese?
