so i had been on a fairly aggressive low carb high protein diet after reading some posts i decided to convert to a keto starting today (thursday) so far diet as of today as follows.
8 am: 2 whole eggs 6 whites 2000mg fish oil
10:45 am: 6 oz chicken 2000 mg fish oil
1:00 pm: 8 oz lean beef with cheese with yellow peppers and zucchini and 2000mg of fish oil.
I will post the rest of my meals for the day tonight.
I am a bit lethargic but no worse than the 100 grams or less of carbs per day.
my biggest concern will be my carb loading that starts friday night as I have not researched yet the best way to do this and how much to intake but hopefully I can get some input here to help. Thanks ST
