hey,been on the websites were u work out your cals on body weight and activity and things like that.and works out i need roughly 6000 cals a day for gaining weight.need help on splitting the cals up in 6 meals,because im struggling to get that may cals down me.heres my training plan and my usuall eating times any help would be greatfull.
wake up bout 7.usually 4eggs n cup of oats
9-usually av protein shake before weights
11-protein shake bannana
1:30-chicken rice
3-2 tins tuna 4 slices bread
5-usually chicken n rice agen
7-protein shake
9-cottage cheese about 200g
