5 grain granola as temporary replacement for oatmeal?
Hey all, quick question. Just want to get some people's opinions on this.
I recently ran out of oats, and I found some 5-grain granola in the cuboard I haven't used in a while (37 grams in 1/2 cup and 210 cals per 1/2 cup), so i'm wondering what people's opinions are on using 5-grain granola as a temporary substitute while cutting? Yes, the granola is honey-flavored sweet.

Chances are it has alot of added sugar. Not great, and oats are cheap - go buy some more!
