    Good PWO meal??

    Is this a good post-workout meal...

    35g protein shake with 40g maltodextrin

    1 medium potato (plain)

    2 slices smoked turkey breast

    Is this a good meal?

    Oh and I should add as soon as I'm done eating I take 1.5g of flaxseed oil

    Depends on your goals but in general, it's pretty weak actually man.

    Try this:

    35g whey with 1/2 cup oats mixed in directly PWO (15 minutes after your final set)

    Upon getting home or just 45-60 minutes later, eat another meal (PPWO). This meal should consist of 40g lean protein (not processed turkey slices - use salmon, flank steak, tilapia, chicken breast, etc) , 40g complex carbs, and some veggies.
