    I may have screwed up my keto

    I have been eating avocado like twice a day and i just read they have about 8 g carbs every 3.5 oz guess i am cutting those out now.

    yes does that make them ok regardless of the carbs?

    Mediuum size Avocado (4 grams protein, 15 grams carbs 30 grams fat, 300 cals.) 75% caolries come from fat. Avocado contains oleic acid. A monosataurated fat which lowers cholestrol. They are also high in beta carotene, fiber, B- vitamin, and potassium.

    They're fine once or twice daily. A lot of the carbs are fiber.

    Thanks Damien I recalculated and I was still under 30 for the day I just freaked for a minute. Thanks for the input guys!!
