Hey I need some help I've been put on a new roster at work and it has screwed up my diet...
First I'm 6"1 104kgs
25 yrs old
been weight training since 15 seriously from 20 onwards had a break at 23 now started again at 24 so only had a yr off but getin back on track.
Never used AAS before but will be once I get my bf% as low as I can naturally first
still learning about AAS but won't be doing it for a few months yet
Alright here's the problem.. Last 3 months had diet on check very strictly 6 meals a day with right amount of carbs lean protein post workout meal etc. Recently been put on a roster at work where I can't eat me meals as planned only get 2 breaks within a 12 hour shift. So only gettin 4 meals a day breakfast around 5am then break around 10 an then lunch at 3 dinner 830 o
9 ish. Anyone got any ideas or diet plans to get this right is there anything else I can do/ alter/ change to get this right???
