    Fruit and Contest Prep...

    This isn't a question, but I've been looking into the use of fruit as a primary source of carbohydrate. I found this article and thought I would share..

    Nice link.
    I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Especially this last weekend. As a rule, when I am cycling, I stay away from fruits except for a fresh squeezed grapefruit with my breakfast. However, this last weekend was so hot, I ended up eating cherries, cantelope, grapes, plums and other fruits over the weekend throughout the day. I was kind of feeling guilty about it but geez, they were just so sweet, cold and delicious.
